Worked in a 3-person team on an internal company platform combining project management, leave requests, time tracking and a performance-based bonus system. Delivered 21 planned features using AI-assisted development.

• Built the organizational core: projects, teams, user roles and account deactivation.
• Implemented tasks with priorities, deadlines, subtasks, and comments with @mentions.
• Developed a team calendar and global search across tasks, documents and users.
• Added monthly bonus reports with PDF/CSV export and story point summaries.
• Prepared the project roadmap used to divide work in the team.
• Deployed the application on a VPS using Docker and Nginx (Node.js backend, Supabase/Firebase).
